To return or change a product:
- Let us know first about the change/return you want to make via email at info@outletbrands.gr or by phone at (+30) 22410-34326.
- The products must be returned with their labels and in a condition that allows their resale.
- The return is made within 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order, provided that the products are in exactly the same condition and at your expense shipping costs.
- The change* is made within 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order, without your own charge, provided that it is sent to us with A.C.S. and marked "RECEIVER CHARGE". Your new order will be charged with its shipping costs.
* Changes are made with the discount rate of your original order.
